What is Destiny Academy?

A spinoff of The Three Kingdoms, Destiny Academy, or DA, is a comic series drawn by ~dra2k4 featuring Destiny Academy, a state-of-the-art educational institution for everyone. Given the Academy's lax nature, there's always something going on. [Well, unless I have artist's block. Which is almost all the time.]

Destiny Academy Fact #2: Destiny Academy supplies a laptop free of charge to those who can use them responsibly, conveniently and are free of fears, allergies or damaging habits of the laptop, its components or its materials. For those who do not qualify for a ordinary laptop, their needs are dealt with on a case by case basis. No restrictions are placed on the laptops, so students and teachers may install any program they want and access any website they want. However, the Academy still monitors internet activity. Some sites are noticeably more popular than others.

The Academy administration constantly gets reports that the laptops are alive from a considerable size of the student body that have no idea what the word 'modern' means.

Continuing on with the Destiny Academy Rollcall, I was going to submit Cirno on her own, since she was coincidentally the ⑨th one I drew but I had already started on Ilse so I finished Ilse off first. I thought it was appropiate to have them together given what's happened recently in The Three Kingdoms.

I forgot what else I was going to say but guess what, I actually remembered what I forgot. If I carry on with this (it might just be a passing thing), I'll be submitting them in smaller groups so they can actually be full viewed properly. I do have several ideas where I can use these but they are very ambitious.
