A direct continuation of the previous strip, the Destiny Academy Student Council starts their last meeting of the term. Before they change their focus to other matters.

The Principal of Destiny Academy single-handedly founded the Academy many years ago with the vision of a united educational institute where everyone, the students and staff, is of like mind and everyone is treated as individuals rather than being considered plain members of certain groups. His efforts forced him to sacrifice his appearance, his name and his emotion. He is now an immortal human being with no other special abilities, destined to be the Principal of the Academy for as long as it lasts.
Despite his looks and his age, The Principal can be rather unreliable at times. He still is a human, with urges and desires, mental and physical limits and has no known family. The entire student body are fully aware of this and some students have doubts about his choices while running the Academy. For example, it has been discussed whether The Principal assigned The Three Empresses as regular eye candy to satisfy his male urges. He also hates paperwork, regularly falls asleep when given the chance and has been known to get lost on Academy grounds despite all the signs. However, while anyone can disagree with his slacking methods, no one can argue with his ideas. The Academy is extremely strong in all forms and students would have it no other way.
Despite losing his emotions on the founding of the Academy, The Principal's exposure to the incredibly varied student body has led to him regaining emotions. Whether these are his old emotions or completely new ones are not known.
It should be noted that any clothes he wears turn to his colour until removed. As such, it is usually not easy to tell if The Principal is wearing clothes on any giving sighting.

The reason I created an entirely new, somewhat generic in all senses, character for Destiny Academy is because the person who pretty much rules the entire Academy really should not be (or look like) an existing character, otherwise there would be clear favouritism.

Hopefully, you'll all recognise the red object at the bottom of the strip. If not, see this strip. I would also like to point out that the dumpster was recently emptied.
Also, hopefully, you'll recognise that Reimu's wiping her face in the four frame. I sort of got lazy.

Black★Rock Shooter can't do the patrolling today. Said something about a sandwich and water.
A patrol switch would be fine for a case like this, right?
I'm pretty sure no one from Gensokyo can step in.

No problem but don't rely on me next time. I'm not really the first resort.
*muffled* That's fine with me.
Okay then, then that's done.
The Principal zzzzzzzzzzzz... *CRASH*

Flash (I use Flash to make these strips) was really struggling with this one because I had lots of objects, layers, folders all over the places. It eventually did crash on me but it was finished at the time and I had saved just ten seconds earlier.

I originally wanted this series to be a 4koma (four-panel comic) but quite a few strips have stepped out of bounds. That's fine though since I never said it was a 4koma.

I should point out that I imagine Miku to only have the glove on her left arm, not her right.

*sigh* When I type these descriptions, I always feel like I've forgotten something...
